I am a new patient there. I was impressed with the care I received from the nurses and provider. Friendly, knowledgeable, and determine to make sure I left with everything I needed to get better. Instructions to return either to the hospital or back to First Health if my symptoms got worse.

The Provider, the Preceptor, the person that checked me in and took payment, were all exceptionally courteous, welcoming and professional. The individual that took my vitals was cold, dismissive and borderline insulting. I hope that she was merely have a bad day and doesn't carry that demeanor to work with her every day.

I was not pleased with the provider. They did not offer any X-rays or better service for my pain. The provider was mostly concerned about my medication I have or took. She did not seem concerned about my issue that brought me to the facility. I left feeling a type of way because she mentioned opioids as if thats what I came for. The provider is affiliated with my pain doctor but not my primary care doctor. I tried explaining my original conditions to her but it was as if she was cutting me off. I felt out the way.

Excellent customer service, from both of the front recepcionist to the nurse practician.

Even though there was a mixup with the checking in procedure; when it became evident, the staff was quick and courteous to correct the mistake. I would definitely return and recommend this facility.

I had an awesome experience. I was treated with kindness and professionalism from check in to check out. I was so grateful for each provider listening, and taking action to help me.

Minimal wait. Was in and out in 30 mins

Well, I just wanted to say that I was very happy with the treatment I received. And while my responses had to be not the highest at the beginning where you ask about timeliness, I understand that my situation was simple. It wasn't an emergency. I just needed help with a refill because of insurance problems. And although I watched many people go ahead of me that came way after me, it's okay. I wasn't in a hurry to go anywhere. I understand that. I mean, if I were in that situation, if I were sick, I'd be glad they did that for me. So I just want to say that the lady that helped me was just top-notch. I hope I can get her again. And she helped me and I had amazing results with the prescription after I had to go some time without. So it produced an immediate, great effect within 24 hours, and I was very happy. Thank you.

The provider was great. She did a great job explaining what everything was. The biggest problem was she said that the flu COVID test would be back either that night or in the morning, and I'd had that test at 9:30 in the morning. I did not receive my results until 4:30 in the afternoon the next afternoon, and didn't get the prescription for Tamaflu called in until 6:30 that evening. I wasn't able to pick it up until 7-something that evening, which is well past the 48 hours that Tamaflu is useful. So the speed with which the test results for a COVID flu test are reported was just too slow for convenient care. That's the biggest problem that I had. Provider was great. That's not her fault. Thanks.
