The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The doctor knew exactly what to do and she had kissed ordered and she had my ears flushed by a nurse and then she came and rechecked them and I appreciate everything that everybody did for me thank you very much.

It was my first visit to the new office, so although the staff was new to me the friendliness, and care were the same. I was in and out in a timely way.

front desk staff were welcoming and fun. Lots of laughs during lengthy check in as a new patient. Wait was short. Provider respected and even looked up my preference for natural remedies vs. pharmaceuticals, which I REALLY appreciated. I felt heard and respected as a patient.

I'm very thankful to the staff and provider. They were funny kind and understanding. Ty to you all.

All was good. On time called to back clinic room but stayed a bit (20) min before being seen, but I understand as others were worse off than I. Once seen all was extremely pleasant etc.

She did not introduce herself. Talked very quietly with mask on.

I was very happy that I didn't have to sit in a room for hours before being seen. Thank you for that.

I appreciate this Clinic to be there for patients who need acute care with no appointment. We need more clinics like this in Fayetteville.

Dr. R was so great with my daughter. She has a great fear of the drs office and Dr. R sat down on the floor with her and talked her down from her freaking out and got my daughter to talk as well as fairly cooperate with her to check her out. Even our pediatrician would just back off a bit and say we'll she seems healthy. I wish I could make Dr. R our primary dr!
