Well, I just wanted to say that I was very happy with the treatment I received. And while my responses had to be not the highest at the beginning where you ask about timeliness, I understand that my situation was simple. It wasn't an emergency. I just needed help with a refill because of insurance problems. And although I watched many people go ahead of me that came way after me, it's okay. I wasn't in a hurry to go anywhere. I understand that. I mean, if I were in that situation, if I were sick, I'd be glad they did that for me. So I just want to say that the lady that helped me was just top-notch. I hope I can get her again. And she helped me and I had amazing results with the prescription after I had to go some time without. So it produced an immediate, great effect within 24 hours, and I was very happy. Thank you.

The provider was great. She did a great job explaining what everything was. The biggest problem was she said that the flu COVID test would be back either that night or in the morning, and I'd had that test at 9:30 in the morning. I did not receive my results until 4:30 in the afternoon the next afternoon, and didn't get the prescription for Tamaflu called in until 6:30 that evening. I wasn't able to pick it up until 7-something that evening, which is well past the 48 hours that Tamaflu is useful. So the speed with which the test results for a COVID flu test are reported was just too slow for convenient care. That's the biggest problem that I had. Provider was great. That's not her fault. Thanks.

The person at the front desk in the waiting room on the urgent care side dos not greet me, let me stand in front of her window more than five min, and finally someone else opened the window and asked me to come the check out window for same side to to be checked in. That person was very courteous. I would encourage front desk to acknowledge customers, even if it will be a few minutes before they can get to them.

The nurse put in the order for the swab the Dr hadn't came in yet the Dr came in for a second left said be right back and came back in 25 mins later for less than 5 minutes long enough to send me home with a nasal spray. Do I trust the hospital? No, I can't say that I do given the fact that nurses put in the order the Dr doesn't say more than five sentences and not to dog nurses I know they do more work than drs do and if they all left the hospital wouldn't work for very long, but nurses are supposed to talk to the physician before ordering labs. There didn't seem like any communication between the nurses and Doctor.

I would recommend FirstHealth to anyone, my first-time going and if needed I would definitely go back. There were so kind to me and on top of everything that was needed.

My care and my visit were excellent. I truly appreciated how quickly I was in and out and how pleasant everybody was. And the meds were spot on. Thank you again. I feel much better. Happy New Year.

It was my first time there and the whole experience from registration, to check-in, to being seen, to check out was wonderful, instead of the nightmare I expected since it was urgent care. Will def return if/when needed

Everyone from the front desk, the nurse, the physician- everyone- was friendly and professional. My issues were addressed and I'm already feeling better.

I go to the Surgeon Care because I always love the service and the care they give you and the recommendations have been wonderful except going to the hospital for a head injury and that didn't pan out so well because it was eight hours at the hospital and I just finally walked out because there were like still a hundred people there and they had been there since I got there. Anyways, I do have one concern is that my temperature could not be read by the normal thermometer. And so she gave me, took it by ear, and she said it was 36, which is 96.8. And on the report, the doctor said 7.7 was written down. And I'm only concerned is because my temperature during these UTIs when I come in,
