I did not have any tests done, so I didn't have to, you know, they didn't have to tell me when they'd be ready. She was very professional. I really liked her. I would go back to her again. That's all.

When you check out after seeing your doctor and have to get blood taken, they need to make sure your name is on the list, my name was not on the list, need to bring that to your attention, other than that everything was very professional and good.

I was sent to the ER stating that my condition was emergent and couldn't wait for an appt with my vascular surgeon due to the holiday weekend. Spent half a day in the ER to be told the Dr overreacted to my condition and nothing was emergent and this is typical of severe PAD and there will never be adequate bloodflow to my limbs due to my condition. I wish she would have reviewed my history completely and not panicked. But they were kind and attentive and other than that, it was fine.

This was not my normal Dr. but a Pa. She was very nice and courteous. I'd see her again if needed. I lined her and was comfortable.

Great place to help you go through your medical situation. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

My physical exam met my expectations.

When I need care I prefer First Health providers close to where I live. I like that I can see test results and notes online the next day.

I've always had good experiences with First Health. Everyone is caring and respectful.

My physical went great, however I was taken to lab to get bloodwork. I sat there 1.5 hours. It wasn't because it was busy. May have been communication mixup but this is the second time I've walked out due to being missed and sitting an hour plus.

Appreciate how she did not seem bothered at all by my questions. Took time to listen and understand.

The provider and staff were very nice. However, the exam was a joke. I booked my annual physical exam but was barely examined. My blood pressure was taken and she listened to my heart and lungs. That's it. Nothing else. My prior physician would do those things, plus check my eyes, my ears, my pulse, my lymph nodes, my pedal pulses, and my skin. I was actually examined during my physical exam. I was also put off by the sign that said if I wanted to discuss something specific during my physical exam I was expected to pay a co-pay. What a joke.

What she did really well was recommend me to the emergency room. What she did really bad was impatient, didn't really answer your questions, and the nurse that helped her or the person that helped her was very impatient and had to rush to the next room since she didn't have time or something to add something in the computer. So I just really would like my experience with my doctor instead of a feeling. Thanks. Have a good day.
