What she did really well was recommend me to the emergency room. What she did really bad was impatient, didn't really answer your questions, and the nurse that helped her or the person that helped her was very impatient and had to rush to the next room since she didn't have time or something to add something in the computer. So I just really would like my experience with my doctor instead of a feeling. Thanks. Have a good day.

Quick and easy visit

From my first interaction in the door, all of the workers were attentive and professional. The provider seemed to have reviewed my history ahead of time, even though she hadn't seen me. So she seemed very well prepared. She had a detailed conversation with me. At no point during the interaction did I feel rushed or unheard. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that was seeking a care provider within the FIRST Health Network. You guys are always great. I appreciate it. Thank you so much.

The PA had reviewed my chart and was familiar with my situation. She listened to my concerns and questions and gave her opinion with understanding and respect. I was impressed with her knowledge and honesty. She is an asset to the health team at this facility.

This provider sent in a referral for me and sent it to the wrong place. Now I have to ask for the correct referral.

Yes, I have not received any referral to a dermatologist. So basically, effectively, I'm kind of left untreated.
