Check-in was friendly, and I was taken back earlier than expected. The nurse practitioner, who was filling in while my doctor was away on leave, was knowledgeable and listened carefully to my concerns. The medical assistant was professional and courteous. One area for improvement was the specimen collection process with medical assistant. I was uncomfortable leaving my sample in the bathroom without a label. In addition, the check-out process was somewhat slow, and it took the staff member a while to review the schedule. I would also suggest allowing patients to sit quietly for at least five minutes before checking blood pressure and making sure there is enough space for the patient's arm to be supported at heart level during the measurement. I am always nervous about laboratory testing because I have a tendency to pass out during blood draws. The lab staff member was very friendly, well prepared, and helped me feel at ease throughout the process. My test results were available quickly, and I received a message from the nurse practitioner within 48 hours, which I greatly appreciated. I would also ask that the office consider avoiding the use of the term "providers" when referring to physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, as many people find it disrespectful and impersonal. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

Everyone was very kind to me. I hope I can see all of the same faces again on my next visit!

I scheduled the appointment to establish a new primary provider and get a prescription sent to Walgreens for liraglutide. When I was seen, I was informed that I was seeing a floating nurse, not a primary, who isn't certified for weight loss, and can't prescribe weight loss medication. This means that, although I informed the desk nurse of what I needed when I scheduled the appointment, this visit was an absolute waste of my time and copay.

Just a Medicare Wellness visit. I really didn't have any issues other than Medicare dragging me in there taking up everybody's time.

You disappointed me severely to the point of me looking for a new doctor. I have never in my life been treated with that level of disrespect. First off she did not know my medical history or she would had seen I don't have a gallbladder. Secondly she did not follow a previous doctor's care plan for me and refused to help me in that matter. I literally sat there crying. She told me the reason why she wouldn't help me was because she wouldn't be my doctor next time to follow up on my care plan so no care plan period. I hate that place now. I was told they don't know when they will have a primary doctor for me. So I'm stuck until then and then I gotta hope that doctor will follow my care plan. DISAPPOINTED HIGHLY

I was escorted into the room for a lab draw and left there for over 20 minutes with no communication and no sight of anyone. At the end of that time, I had to leave for another appointment and so my blood draw and those tests were not done at all.

I did not agree to any changes to my health plan and definitely no behavioral help. As my current provider has me adjusting meds as needed. The NP did not really listen to me or my wife.

She introduced herself saying she was a floating NP, and may or may not see me next visit. Then went on to say she would not refill one of my prescriptions at 450 mg, would only refill at 300 mg, as she didn't like side affects that could develop. You do not ween a patient off a drug by 150 mg a shot, try 25 mg start. Especially not knowing patient and not knowing if you'll ever see again. Decreasing that amount would definitely cause a bad outcome.

I did not have any tests done, so I didn't have to, you know, they didn't have to tell me when they'd be ready. She was very professional. I really liked her. I would go back to her again. That's all.

When you check out after seeing your doctor and have to get blood taken, they need to make sure your name is on the list, my name was not on the list, need to bring that to your attention, other than that everything was very professional and good.

I was sent to the ER stating that my condition was emergent and couldn't wait for an appt with my vascular surgeon due to the holiday weekend. Spent half a day in the ER to be told the Dr overreacted to my condition and nothing was emergent and this is typical of severe PAD and there will never be adequate bloodflow to my limbs due to my condition. I wish she would have reviewed my history completely and not panicked. But they were kind and attentive and other than that, it was fine.

This was not my normal Dr. but a Pa. She was very nice and courteous. I'd see her again if needed. I lined her and was comfortable.

Great place to help you go through your medical situation. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
