Prefer going to SPWHC in Sanford over Southern Pines. This office was less crowded, quieter, and I didn't feel like I had to wait as long.

Arrived at appointment 10 minutes early. Took 20 minutes to get to the room. After in the room waited 40 minutes for doctor.

I had not been to a doctor in years, and everyone treated me with nonjudgmental respect and made me feel at ease. The only reason why they didn't know about my medical history is that I was a new patient and had not provided any information yet.

The time with provider felt rushed. I waited in the room for 40 min before I was seen and then she was in and out within 2 minutes.

The focus seems to be on my least pressing issue. There was more over explaining on the least pressing issue vs the brief explanations on the issues that concerned me most. There aren't any real answers to those questions.
