Great experience from the moment we walked in the door. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Kayla diagnosed my condition accurately and because of her diagnosis my primary physician was able to provide continuing care the following day. Kayla was also very friendly and professional.

I was very impressed that even the receptionist took the time to come out to sit with me in the waiting area whenever, because the reason I came was because I was busy. So that was very, very kind, I felt. I went pretty quickly into the room. I did have to wait for a little while for the provider, but the nurse came in. She listened carefully. I thought the provider listened very carefully. Everyone was responsive and very professional. I would highly recommend, say the experience was really well. So thank you very much.

Everyone was so courteous and the facility was so clean I was so pleased. I turned down two other facilities just to get to Pinehurst. First health. Thank you to all the staff and facility. Ronald Floyd

Front desk staff and provider were extremely nice and wait was so minimal. My only complaint was that the girl that brought us back to the room was very short. She didn't speak any outside of her normal set questions on the screen. My son needed a strep test and she didn't explain anything. She literally opened the swab and said say ah. He was so scared. Again the provider was wonderful and so nice. And the front desk staff even went out of their way to run get me a vomit bag for the car. 10/10 for the provider and front desk staff.

It was a two and one half hour wait. Under stood with so many sick.

I was from out of state and everything was so conveniently done and very courteous, nice. I filled everything out online to have my appointment and everything just went flow beautifully and the provider was just really pleasant and great and I can't say enough about the place. Thank you so much for a great experience.
