I asked for feedback on, I've got a lot of issues going on and with eyelid mites and all kinds of other stuff and I asked for some specific things and I'm waiting to hear back from them and I haven't heard anything yet.

The entire staff, both individually and collectively, at the FIrstHealth Concierge Medical Practice has a sincere concern for treating patients with respect. Katie Livrago is a perfect example and a true ambassador of FirstHealth's mantra to care for people. We in the Sandhills are very fortunate to have this practice -- and the staff members who make it happen -- in our community.

Katie is a phenomenal health care provider. She always takes time to listen and address my concerns and questions. She knows all my medical history and is very proactive in developing a plan if care. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The nursing staff is fantastic as well.

Katie is wonderful. I have zero reservations scheduling to see Katie under any circumstances. In every way, shape, or form, she behaves as an "MD". Her medical knowledge is both broad and deep, and has always identified the concerns for my needing to see her. Afterwards, she always applies the corrective measures.

The staff were very kind and caring. The practitioner was excellent. She knew my history, gave me a good examination and included me in developing the plan of care for the next two months. I could not be more satisfied Katie is an excellent practitioner.
