Nurse practitioner Katie Abrams, AGPCNP, care for patients at the FirstHealth Heart Failure Clinic in Pinehurst.
Abrams has several years of heart care experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2026. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at UNC.
Outside of work, Abrams said she enjoys spending time with her husband and their golden retriever. She also enjoys pickleball, going to the beach and reading.
