Very good experience all around

I'm a new patient and felt like my previous medical care and treatment plans were highly criticized by this provider without offering any other solutions or options.

The doctor did not take him to account any of the concerns I had mentioned to the nurse. When I brought up to the chest pain that I was having she told me she was sorry to hear that and asked if I wanted the T dap shot after I had already declined both the T dap and the flu shot. Nothing was done about the concerns I had given to the nurse nor addressed leaving hopeless and alone I would not recommend this doctor to anyone

I was most upset with how rushed my time with the doctor felt. After hearing there were concerns about my baby and they wanted to do genetic tests, she did answer my questions but again seemed rushed. I did have quite a few other questions (and still do) about my baby and pregnancy that I was not able to ask. There was also some confusion on my baby's age which concerned me as other providers were able to provide accurate dating from my LMP, however this provider said that date would make my baby 6weeks not 11. Very confusing. I plan on seeing how my next visit goes and if I encounter similar issues I will be changing providers and more than likely hospitals. I know many who have had great experiences here so was very surprised at this experience.

Staff that take the appt need to be very clear about the location and address. I assumed Southern Pines was the location for my appt and when I got there- told I was in the wrong location. Please change the way people confirm appts!!

Dr Malis was very kind and professional. I think she's a great doctor and would highly recommend her!

Reception/office peeps needs a little work, but otherwise great. Grant is awesome

We need more GYNs in this area. I have tried for months to get an Appt. when I finally did I couldn't come on the appropriate day so the made me wait another six weeks. I care for my brother in laws health appts. and there was an unknown conflict. That made for a12 week wait. The front desk needs to work with people especially when we have to make a change. Dr. Malis was very good.

It was a quick & efficient visit. I was extremely pleased with the care.

Very pleased with the professionals in that office. From initially booking the appointment to the weigh in and introduction to Dr. Malis and the care she provided me, and also her nurse assisting in my exam, I would definitely refer her and the entire staff in the positive manner as described. It was a pleasure being under Dr. Malis' care. Thank you!
