After getting diagnosis of possible DVT and needing ultrasound asap, I waited 30 minutes in exam room until EMT finally came and updated me on appt time. As you can imagine, that 30 minutes of my imagination going crazy was quite alarming. Thankful they were able to accommodate me but it was scary. Ultrasound tech was wonderful - allayed my fears and kept me distracted.

Everything was great ... except a needed prescription wasn't submitted to my pharmacy ... good thing it wasn't a serious issue. I did appreciate that although Apple Maps told me you were an urgent care facility and you're not that you made space for me within the hour. Big props for that one!!! Providers and staff were great, attentive and respectful.
