1. Recheck my BP 2. Better follow up & instructions for next steps after the CT Scan 3. Nurse rushed me through the check in process. Shared my symptoms but they were not completely documented in my chart 4. Listen to the patient & allow them to share more freely

Two people was call that checked in after me.

I felt comfortable with her and want to switch to her for all of my medical needs

Experience was good!

They were far behind I was a walk in for 11:30 and was not seen till after 12:30. The staff were really nice the dr and nurses were great.

Love dr mabe- she was thorough and knowledgable and caring. I appreciate that.

I went to FH because all of my health providers are associated with FH and I do not have a lot of confidence in Central Carolina Hospital. I was disappointed they could not provide testing associated with heart/chest pain and I was offered medical transportation to an ER. I prefer Reid Heart Hospital in Pinehurst, but because my wife cannot drive at night, I went to CC Hospital. It was a learning experience in that the best care for heart/chest pain is an emergency room. I could have saved a significant amount of time by skipping FH and to proceed directly to an Emergency Clinic.

Dr. Mabe was great. I was a little hesitant because she isn't my regular Dr. I would definitely see her again.

Although Dr. Mabe is not my primary, she was knowledgeable about me and what was going on.

Great provider and lab technician experience. The front desk employee did not check me into the lab as instructed, so I had to wait longer to see the lab technician.

I've had my appointment for a year and the day of my appt during check in I was told my doctor was not in. I took a day off work for my appointment just to find out I will have to reschedule. I didn't have any other days available and didn't want to wait another few months to be seen by my doctor so I did ask to see any one else available to see me that day. Luckily I was able to see someone else. I did wait another hour just to finally see someone else. Was not happy with the wait time.
