I was very impressed with the office staff at the front when I came in. I had some questions and they helped me with that. And they were very, very nice to me and I appreciated their help very much. Thank you.

Joe Watts listened to what I had to say and genuinely seemed to care. Based on the type of care that is provided by this group, he really did not have answers for my symptoms. This group does not think an ablation for my a-fib is what will help with my symptoms. They may be correct. However, a flutter has not been mentioned as a problem since that surgery was performed.

Mr. Watts was very thorough. He knew my history. He asked many questions to get a better understanding of the situation. What a welcome change he is. I which more doctors cared for their patients the way he cared for me. He was professional and friendly. Fantastic!!!!!
