The provider yelled at us to put our phones down when she entered the room. We were playing a game together while waiting. Although, my daughter's health is a serious issue, it's okay to play a game while waiting. It was not appropriate for her to scold us immediately upon entering the room.

Jolene and the staff are 5-star quality. I am typically very uncomfortable seeing a physician. Especially a new one, she talked to me not at me. I am so happy I have found the crew at Seven Lakes!!! Thank you all.
