Yes, they have a very kind, nice, friendly staff there. Also, Dr. Byron, I've known him for years, went to him many years ago and was having a problem, so I returned to him. He is a very nice, gentle, kind, thoughtful doctor. And I've always, always been treated so nice. And I will, as long as I live and I have a problem, I will return to him. And I recommend him to many people. Matter of fact, he delivered my triplets years ago, not mine, but my son's and his wife. So he's a special person in our life. And I appreciate the whole staff there. Thank you. Bye.

I thought everyone was so nice and helpful.

I misanswered the first two questions or the first three questions. Those should be four. Those ones that I have at the beginning of the survey should be fours. The office is great. I got seen right away. The staff, when I came in, was very polite and nice and she helped me get checked in. Dr. Byron is just wonderful. Everybody was very, very good to me. So I appreciate it very much. Thank you so much.

The office is dirty and seemed under construction. Waiting time was long for services needed. Staff looked kind of disheveled in tshirts

Dr. Byron, as always, is a top notch provider, giving superb care with phenomenal bed side manner. He put me at ease and ensured I was comfortable and well informed. He is to the point and always my first choice when it comes to my reproductive health.

I can get an appointment quickly and the wait time is short. All my health care needs are met and taken care of.

I have been seeing Dr. Byron for several years. He always makes me feel comfortable. He listens to what I have to say and explains things in a way that I can understand.

There is clearly a communication issue amongst the employees. I sat for 20 minutes in the room waiting for blood work because no one knew we were in there. the doctor led us to the room to wait, and no one came until one of the nurses noticed we were in there & she asked what we were waiting for. there was only 1 other patient there besides me, so I know "busy" wasn't a factor.
