Dr Byron and his nurses are wonderful. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Great service.

This was the most unfriendly and unprofessional clinic I have ever been to. The only person I came into contact with that was nice was the phlebotomist. The doctor said inappropriate things and spent all of five minutes with me and sent me to have blood drawn but did not tell me what test he was doing. He told me how to take my prescriptions (which he did not discuss with me in the room) while walking down the hall. The secretary sat in her office and yelled and waved her hands to get my attention instead of stepping out her office to make sure I knew where to go. I am in healthcare and this office is terrible. It's a shame too. There's not many options for OB/GYN in this area so I guess they believe they can treat people any way they want. I will not be back and I will discourage people from going there as well. Completely unacceptable.

the nurse who checked me in was very friendly and documented everything Inhad to say. i gave the doctor notes from previous urogynecologists and he sat down and read through all of it. He prescribed some meds for me and referred me to the urogynecologist. unbelievably, there was a cancellation and i got an appt for 2 days later. Most happy!

I love Dr. Byron and I think he is the best doctor ever.

The doctor was great. I do feel like they need to improve on the wait times for checking people in and then once they're getting in the room, having the doctor in and coming to see the patient.

nurse that handled my urine collection did NOT write patient ID on the sample cup before I filled it and did not do so when I asked her too put my name on the cup label when it was setting between two other samples, mine was set the two other samples. I have concerns that samples may have lost their accuracy of being the correct ID when went to lab.

Dr. Byron and his assistant were both very professional, did a great job, and make you feel comfortable. He is one of my favorite doctors. Thanks.

The provider did not inform me that a speculum was being inserted. No talking through the steps of the exam

My comfort as well as my emotions were highly considered while I was taken care of during my appointment time.

I always feel comfortable with Dr. Byron and his staff. I feel cared for, and I am confident in their ability to assess whatever treatment I may need.

After I got home I remembered he didn't check my breasts like he normally does .. I do need a mammogram so I've got to set it up !!but other than that everything else was awesome !!!

I think everyone that was there was on the right path. I don't have no complaints. Everybody did great, good, and got us in, and got us out of there. Thank you.
