Check in was not very professional. Was eating at her desk and checked me in while chewing. Highly unprofessional eating line that.

Jessica, the nurses and staff that checks you in and takes of you really care about their patients. They are 100 percent dedicated to what they do. So please don't change anything about the staff. The only complaint I have is when you moved Urgent Care from Beechtree Lane to Tramway. I loved it being there because it was a one stop shop.

Poor communication prior to appt caused alot of confusion & no answers. Definitely needs to be worked out when calling countless times to make appts. Its like no notes or made or either the staff doesn't communicate properly

The nurse and Dr. Jessica B. Sessoms both very professional, personal and listened very well and help when I had questions and was very concerned about helping and making sure I got everything I needed

The medical staff and Dr. Jessica provide accurate diagnoses. They speak to me clearly, respectfully, and gently. I go to my appointments feeling calm and confident. And the lab nurse is very skilled at drawing blood and is very kind.

Dr Jessica is a caring doctor she explain to u just what the matter of the problem u are having and if she think u need x-rays she will sent u to the right place or doctor to take care of the problem
