Staff and medical are outstanding

Ever had a PCP so good, you were afraid to tell others about her? I do!!!

I used to work in medicine so I'm giving the staff the benefit of a doubt, knowing how difficult their jobs can be. But I scheduled a 7:30am appointment hoping that I would be able to get finished before my scheduled work time of 8am. I wasn't checked in until almost 7:40, when I was told to be there by 7:15. My provider did not come into the room until after 8am. I felt rushed and knowing that this appointment was to address my refills made me feel even more anxious than I normally am. I wanted to walk out of the room but I knew I couldn't. First visit of the day should not feel that way. I like the staff but I did not feel comfortable because I knew I had to get to work. I just ask that if staff can't be ready for a 7:30 appointment before 7:30, it should not be offered.

I just retired from the Army and Dr Jessica Sessoms is my first civilian PCM I've had. Dr Sessoms and her team were amazing, welcoming, and left an unforgettable first impression of First Health going forward. Additionally Dr Sessoms did a great job with assisting me in transferring all of my specialty care referrals and prescriptions from military healthcare over to First Health Providers. Top notch medical experience!

I just had to wait a long time for lab work to be drawn

Dr. Sessoms provided me with medical feedback ensuring me that we will be on top of this sinus infection. A person can't ask for much more than that.
