Yes, I'm having problems with my throat. I guess when they suck the pipe down my throat, they put me to sleep or something. But I had a lot of problems with my throat. I'm coughing up a lot of cold and stuff coming out of it. I don't know what to do.

I appreciate that I was given an appointment without waiting months, since I was having an issue. I liked the Doctor and everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I noticed that one of the receptionist offered to help another patient that was needing help with some paperwork. My visit was not stressful at all. Thank you all so much.

I really appreciated the fact that I was taken seriously and understood. And I absolutely adored the two girls who were working to input my information and get everything straightened out. They even fixed my medical records and asked me some clarifying questions because there were some things on there that were not relevant anymore or correct anymore. And I just really appreciated the attention to detail. Jessica was awesome. She was very kind and rational in her responses and answers to my questions. And she didn't make me feel uncomfortable during the pelvic exam. So that is a big deal. Most people, I'm in pain the whole time, still uncomfortable as usual, but definitely recommend if you have to do a pelvic exam, she's the best one to do it.

The staff, Doctor and nurse were great, but it was a long wait. My appointment was at 3:45 and i wasn't actually seen until 5 pm at closing time and didn't leave the office until 5:20. They did not understand my main concern for being seen so there must have been some miscommunication.

The provider was new to me. I was a little hesitant about seeing her. HOWEVER I was impressed. She read my medical history before she met me and referenced it when discussing treatment. She was attentive, she had patience and made me comfortable. She was knowledgeable and setup testing for answers. I would definitely go back to see her and refer people to her. When I left the office I felt heard and hopeful for answers

The doctor told me to stop playing with my breast instead of not touching it, which she said would be more professional. This was insulting to me. A very kind welcome from the receptionist at the entrance of Pinehurst Surgical.

I appreciate my provider. I wanted to let everybody know at First Health that she was wonderful. She listened to what I needed and was requesting and explained things to me in a thorough manner. I never felt rushed. I appreciate all of my care. I've already referred her to two of my coworkers because that's how much I really enjoyed her care. I appreciate it. Thank you.

Jessica was very competent and kind. She apologized for the long wait ( over an hour from appointment time). The clinic does not seem to have a very consistent movement of patients through the area. I think a wait of 2 weeks for a pap smear result is absurd. I have never been given that wait time since my first pap in the 1970's.

Jessica Coder and her nurse were very nice and professional. Jessica ordered the appropriate tests. We got a long fine. The only issue is her way of conveying the test results. I guess the days are long gone where doctors actually called the patient. All I got was a note in the Portal saying "results negative. Call your regular doctor if problems continue." Perhaps a staff member sent the portal email for Jessica, but the note should be more helpful and should offer options to fix my problem. That's the only issue I have with them.
