It was a great experience

My grandmother brought get in with a 101 fever. They told her it was allergies and I ended up having to call another doctor because they told me grandmother that "it cost to test for Covid". We have insurance for that.

PA Jennifer was excellent!!! Kind, professional and caring. She listened and displayed compassion. The assistant that brought me back to my room could be a little friendlier. She was not rude but was going through the motions of taking my vitals and information with no real engagement. I felt a bit like a number versus a person. It makes a difference when you are not feeling well. Certainly nothing to be reprimanded for but just some constructive criticism to make the patient experience a 10/10.

Great experience. Staff was great. We were in and out in 30 mins. The provider was friendly and took time with us. The nurse was friendly. It was a pleasant experience.

Superb treatment! I HIGHLY recommend the facility. The PA was marvelous.

Ms. Pelletier was great. She knew something could be wrong with my son and went out of her way to find a place to get a CT completed that would take us since it was after 5 pm. She called within 30 minutes of having the scan to advise us we needed to go to the ER. She even took the time to call local hospitals to see if they had urologists so he could be treated. With that advice, it saved my son from the possibility of going septic within the next few days. Also a shout to the front desk who took our information was understanding to my son's situation and found a way to help him. Thank you so much!

I have had to go to this First Watch clinic twice in the past year. Once for a UTI and recently due to an allergic reaction from several fire ants. Both times I was brought back to see the provider very quickly especially with the allergic reaction as they took me back immediately. It did help with my recent visit that I also had a medical history on file from my previous visit. They are all so nice and so professional. A sincere thanks to all.

PA Pelletier went above and beyond my expectations. She is a blessing! Receiving exceptional care for my non-verbal son with autism is rare. I really appreciate her attentiveness. When a troublesome xray result was returned, she did not hesitate to immediately order a CT and ultrasound.
