All of the staff at the Tramway location are friendly, and knowledgeable. From the front desk, CMA, and the provider, I felt cared for. Dr. Jeff listened to my concerns, and treated my injury in a manner that I was comfortable with.

Amazing listening skills! I have been helped by several of these folks at Beechtree and they are top notch health professionals. Such a relief in times of trouble...

It was after 5:00 pm and I was gotten in quickly. The quality of service was excellent and All staff was friendly and the PA and nurse was excellent and very caring.

very busy place, but could probably use more doctors, nurses. GOOD place to visit when sick.

I waited for 3 hours total, 2 hours in the waiting room and 1 hour waiting for the doctor. The doctor never even told me a diagnosis, he told me my child's ears were red and he was sending in amoxicillin. After receiving the visit notes he was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection which I wasn't even told!! The provider stayed in the room for approximately 5 minutes or so. He looked at his ears and listened to his breathing and did not test or swab for anything else!! Super frustrating as a young parent. On another note, the nursing staff and administrative staff were very helpful and attentive to me and my child.

Extremely pleased with the overall experience.

The provider was really good. He took care of my mom in a very good manner. He was able to diagnose her with pneumonia and get her a steroid shot with that visit and also the two different antibiotics to try to help her to get better without having to go to the ER and be taken care of in that way. So I really did think that that visit was done extremely well.

The doctor treated us very well.

Wait time was too long (50 minutes). But service and providers were very courteous and provided great service.

It was my first visit at the new facility which is so much nicer than the old one. There were new staff members but that was okay everyone was nice. The doctor did an excellent job and all the test came back quicker than expected. I would recommend others to this facility.

Was told I'd have my prescription sent to my pharmacy but it was never called in. Had to call the following day and have them send it the prescription. Other than that a great experience.
