It was a nice quiet clean place. I think the PN's at this First Health are very good.

I have seen Jeffrey Riorden a number of times. I have confidence in his abilities. He communicates what he believes is the issue and what he believes needs to be done. If test results aren't available before you leave he tells you when they will be. When a patient makes a comment that he needs to not make an additional comment, he's excellent at not making the mistake of commenting.

First visit to this facility and it was excellent all around. All professionals well trained and very courteous. Sanford is fortunate to have such a wonderful facility!!

I will only add...those who aren't aware of the online scheduling option are passed over and over due to the system bumping online/confirmed appointments. I understand that there has to be some triage prior to selecting the online patients over the walk in patients. Not to mention how difficult it is to have physicians/pa's/np's available on weekends. Not knocking the process but you may want to pay attention on how walkins are integrated with the online patients.

I waited 1-1/2 hours to go back to room but they were extremely busy. No hard feelings. Everyone was extremely nice and I was pleased with my care.

I am the type of person that has to be half way dead in order to go to the Dr., let alone urgent care,etc. I've never been to this place and I usually go on post (which take takes forever). Anyways, from the receptionist, the nurses, & the Dr. everyone was absolutely awesome ? Very comforting, sweet, & carefree/not judgementmental at all. I would absolutely recommend any & everyone to go there. I'd rather pay my copay to go there again than go somewhere else. Thank you!

I was referred to Emerge Ortho for casting of my left ankle. When I arrived in Apex at Emerge, nobody in that office knew I was coming. No paperwork was sent to them or anything. I had to go through the whole process again including X-rays. First Health didn't send any of my records to Emerge. First Health didn't send me home with any paperwork either. Not even how to treat my broken ankle. I was given a boot to wear that was too small and let go. I think First Health was very unprofessional in my care.

It is so appreciated to have a same day -convenient care- facility to go to locally. I took care of a non emergency situation in a matter of hours.

Yes, got there at 11:30, told me I had a 3 o'clock appointment, and it was quarter after 4 for they finally seen me. That's way too long. I was 14 when I checked in, and at 3:30 they were still sitting ahead of me. Thank you.
