Jeffrey Riorden was wonderful. He took time and interest into what I was describing which made the visit seem more personal. Lately the medical industry has made me feel like a number that it can generate money from and throw drugs at. Jeffrey understood my holistic medical view and engaged with me about it, which I greatly appreciated. I would absolutely come back to be treated by him as well as recommend him to anyone seeking medical treatment. Feedback on the waiting area, while I understand it is a medical facility, not an entertainment area, the waiting children had nothing to do or watch. I spend 1.5 hours waiting to be seen (I'm ok with this time) and had to listen to bored complaining children for 45 minutes of it.

I came in for an injury that was the same as an injury I had 6 years ago, and the provider told me I'd get an xray. The xray was clear and I was told I was "good to go." I asked if I could get a referral to orthopedics for a possible MRI. He told me that I should already have an ortho doctor from my previous injury. I asked about a boot, and he told me I could buy a sleeve at Walgreens. I went to another urgent care last night and was told I needed immobilization and I'd needed to be seen in a week by an orthopedic doctor once my swelling was down. The provider was extremely dismissive and it was clear that he thought I was there for pain medication, which I never requested or even wanted. I was very disappointed with my interaction with the provider. Everyone else I interacted with was great, including the front desk staff (who also took my xray) and the paramedic who took my vitals.

Great medical experience

All the staff were friendly and quick. I was very happy with my experience. Mr Riorden was genuinely caring and knowledgeable.

I appreciate that he respected my naturalist, holistic views. Many doctors do not.

Seen same Dr 2 years ago and he is good in explaining what's going on and explain the medicine that he is prescribed to you

Good experience

Too many prescriptions, two of them counterbalanced each other according to my research. I was prescribed a medication that cost $200 and the pharmacist gave me an OTC comparable med. I was prescribed prednisone, which is not normally prescribed for mild pneumonia.

Jeff was very attentive and was very informative. He helped us understand our symptoms and why he was prescribing the medication we received.
