Staff was very thorough with check-in all the way through to check-out. Nurses were very nice and made sure everything in my chart was correct. They also were great at drawing my blood. Dr. Lo was super nice and listened to me. He didn't rush the process but made sure all my concerns were addressed. I appreciate a doctor that cares about his patients. I would and have told family and friends about this office to have them as their PCP. My experience was a 10.
