A Great Team

I had a lovely experience. The rooms are always nice and clean, the nurses are very polite as well as the phlebotomist. Dr. Hepler is very attentive and takes time to listen. She even cracks a joke sometimes to make you giggle ?. I would definitely refer friends and family.

Janine Hepler is far and above the best Dr I have seen EVER! She listened carefully, asked if I understood everything and genuinely cared! These qualities are unheard of in this day and age of medicine by the numbers and rushed, stacked appointments. Thank you First Health and Thank you Dr Hepler! You have restored my faith in medicine!

They were real nice sending her to me and the doctor listened to me. Everything was good. I love going to her. She is a good person. Thank you.

This was a video visit by phone. That's the reason for the lesser quality replies. I prefer to be seen in person if I am expected to pay a copayment. Janine Hepler is excellent. But I question First Health protocol.

The staff went out of thier way to help us squeeze in a televideo last minute to evaluate my daughter. They were very professional and prompt in everything.
