The dr did not meet my expectations by doing an exam! Only went on what was said and on my chart documented by nurse!

Prescriptions haven't helped to treat sickness

I would like to say I was never there. You texted the wrong number. Whoever WAS there probably got great service.

Listened to my chest and looked in my throat and nose. I am currently wearing a heart monitor, and she didn't ask any questions about that (visible on my chest). I guess I would have expected a question at least. She was very quick and wrote out 4 prescriptions.

Everyone including the receptionist seemed to care and were professional.

I could not have asked for better treatment of my acute UTI. Thanks to the nurse and NP, I have the medicine I need and am no longer in pain.

Everything was handled with skill and knowledge of there Jobs. I was treated with care and respect throughout the whole process. And my reason for my visit and the medicine that was prescribed made a world of a difference. My healing began with the 1st prescribed dose. Thanks First health you make a differences.??????????

I am very happy with using First Health. I have used it before with my husband, and that is the reason I went back this time for myself with my hand. I had a good trip with the doctor there, and I was very pleased with her. And I thank you very much. And I will certainly be using that again because it is close to where I live. I had a very positive and productive visit and my condition has improved. The staff was warm, relaxed and effusive. The health care provider was excellent! She was serious yet funny, matter-of-fact yet sympathetic. Probably the best attitude of any medical person I've ever met.

Everyone here was exceptionally nice. From the young man who checked me in, to the nursing staff, and to the provider. We live in Pinehurst; however, we prefer the Southern pines branch
