Excellent Service, The FNP,and other staff provided exceptional service, highly recommended.

If possible we choose to come here for urgent care that cannot be met by our primary care provider.

I was in and out pretty quick, and got a subscription for something that would help, that doesn't always happen !

The check in staff were very friendly, the nurses were very kind, and Jamie did a wonderful job!

The doctor was excellent. She took care of my son. She explained really good everything concerning my son's health. She explained in detail what she was going to do with the medication that she was providing and what was going to happen. And I like the experience that we had at Fair Health Convenient Care. I really like the doctor that we had and how she was very caring with my son.

Every time my family visits we are in and out in a timely matter and still receive the care we need. The entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It saddens us that they will be permanently closing.

Yes, the calling in a medicine, some confusion on my medicine, and that was the problem. So I had to go to all the weekend on whatever medicine they sent in because I had COVID. And I could not get nobody in the office or nobody because I, because of the long weekend. So now I'm just, what I am taking is Tananol and drinking plenty of water and fluids and everything, the other medicine that they required. But when they didn't send my medicine in, it caused a confusion. And the doctors didn't even know what to, what to do. I mean, the pharmacy didn't know what to do or not because they did not get the complete all of my...

It is so great to have that facility there...I always find myself needed help at odd times.

The service was very good and assistance was quick

Check in at front desk took a very long time. I used to be able to wait in my car but they no longer allow that. Being able to wait in my car was a key benefit of this location. I don't like that I can't wait in my car. Next time I may consider going some where else so I don't have to sit in a room with sick people and can listen to whatever music I desire.

It was good it got me where I had to go from there I went straight to the First Health Hoke county Hospital

It was not a long wait and it was very professional
