I am very happy with using First Health. I have used it before with my husband, and that is the reason I went back this time for myself with my hand. I had a good trip with the doctor there, and I was very pleased with her. And I thank you very much. And I will certainly be using that again because it is close to where I live. I had a very positive and productive visit and my condition has improved. The staff was warm, relaxed and effusive. The health care provider was excellent! She was serious yet funny, matter-of-fact yet sympathetic. Probably the best attitude of any medical person I've ever met.

Everyone here was exceptionally nice. From the young man who checked me in, to the nursing staff, and to the provider. We live in Pinehurst; however, we prefer the Southern pines branch

I was given the wrong instruction sheet which had someone else's name and medication instructions on it. I didn't realize it until I received my meds from the pharmacy. When I got the correct list the next day it was obvious that the medication list was not current so the doctor was working from an old list.

Was told a referral would be sent to an ENT. The one suggested has retired. Still trying to get referral.

This was the best convenient care experience I have ever had. From the moment we walked into the door until we left was a wonderful experience. Our visit was not anything major but the care, compassion, and personable nature of the staff was unmatched. My daughter (the patient) even mentioned how much she enjoyed that visit.

The staff treated me well, but the doctor never checked my eyes and my vision remained very bad. She didn't clean them, didn't look at them, didn't examine them.

The nurse and doctor connected to my grandchild in a very easygoing and calming way. They treated her as an individual and not just the patient or my child.

It was very quick. She anticipated and started treatment immediately leading to me getting better fast instead of waiting for the culture. So so much appreciated
