I'm new in the area. This was my first experience with First Health. I was happy an urgent care was available rather than going to an ER. Both the nurse and Jamie the PA listened to my concerns and made some recommendations. My history was unavailable as I'm new to the area so that wasn't a negative. I was very pleased with the care I received

Found my new home for urgent care when I can't get in my primary care doctor. Everyone that a came in contact with was so friendly. Caring , fast , clean, professional with family touch ?

A little confusing about getting my bloodwork done stat but it worked out in the end

All staff were kind, courteous and pleasant!

They were very professional and treated me with great respect, answering all my questions. I highly recommend them; they are very professional and excellent.

The provider spent a total of five or six minutes with me. I felt she had her mind made up that my issue was not anything worth her time, before she entered the room. Really didn't examine it well, because I only had two bites instead of several. I received an injection, it didn't help. I will be calling back today

The quickness to be seen was good. The only thing that I can say is that as you can hear, I'm still sick, so with the prescription for what the doctor gave me, it's not working. I've tried to contact back. I wish there was an easier way to have a telehealth visit or some feedback on the portal to be able to send a message instead of having to call when you have to be at work. So overall, I like First Health Urgent Care, but this is time. It's just I didn't get the satisfactory of what I needed to get better. Thank you.

The staff was great and they took care of what was wrong quickly that I was able to sleep and cape fear doctor I'm seeing I feel really cares that's why i am going to swap over to you guys I the near future and I thank you so much

Yes, I made a mistake on the last problem. Everything was great, wonderful, couldn't be any better. I really do appreciate y'all. Y'all seemed to get me out of pain really quick, and that meant a lot. So thank y'all so very much. Goodbye.

I think it was all very well and I have no complaints at all. It was excellent help. Thank you very much.

Everything was great. I just wish I would have got more medication considering the injury that I have and how many weeks I'm going to be unable to walk on my foot. Other than that, it's been great.
