The appointment was great, everyone we encountered was professional and very helpful.

Dr Walker was extremely polite and compassionate to my symptoms and took time to thoroughly review my images and very thoroughly discussed how we would proceed forward. I was very pleased with my visit. I also would highly recommend him.

Staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Dr. Walker saw me personally, listened to me attentively, asked good questions, and seemed sincerely interested in helping me.

The demeanor of the staff and Dr Walker was exceptional and shows a lot of passion for their profession.

Dr. Walker was very honest about the surgery, and on target for me to get the surgery done. There's things he need me to do in order for success with the procedure. He explained the importance of having my BMI LOWER, and the goal for this to happen. Very honest and I have confidence in him and myself for this process. I like how he understands his patients.

The entire experience was extremely professional and efficient. The check-in staff were friendly, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, the nurse that escorted me to my room and took vitals went above and beyond with her kindness and help (brought me a cup of water and more). Dr. Walker came right in leaving me very little wait time in the exam room, and discussed my injury and prognosis in way that was compassionate and with my best interest in mind. He gave me as much as time as needed to answer my questions and create a positive vibe for the situation. He did not sugar coat anything, but was patient and understanding of my concerns and provided answers that made sense to me. It is clear he is very knowledgeable in the area of spine injuries, and I'm happy that I'm under his care. The scheduler came right out and accommodated my follow up appointment request with warmth. The x-ray nurse was welcoming and directed me through the process with calmness and ease. Very nice lady. Couldn't have asked for a better experience at this facility.

Nurse was very pleasant and thorough Dr Walker was pleasant, asked questions, hands on exam. I did not feel pressured. I am the care giver for my disabled husband and I may have to come back for some procedure sooner than later but Dr Walker would definitely be my choice.

Everyone at Dr. Walker's office was courteous and friendly and had good bedside manner I have no complaints on the Care that I received. I was very pleased.
