Yes mostly answer was because they were very busy and I was basically a work-in.

Provider is available and listens to concerns without making you feel bad. I would recommend anyone to Richmond family medicine.

I love the people

I didn't like getting two text message changing my appointments at the last minute and I didn't like the reception telling me when I ask her to ask the doctor. She said that she didn't think the doctor would do it. I don't think it's her responsibility to give me that answer. I think she should ask the doctor because my doctor know me.

Jaclyn (might spell her full name wrong) was very attentive, asked the right questions, and seemed very knowledgeable. She also consulted the Physician when things were baffling (which it was). I would gladly have her as their PCP, if possible, but might not. She asked questions to backtrack what happened and hypothesis etc then had the (what I felt proper tests and should have been done by the provider who saw her at CCare). We got the prescription soon as the lab results were out. You need MORE health providers like her and the attending physician that day.
