The office was organized as well as the staff. Dr Tellez is very personable, listens & answers questions!!

I was taken back to see the tech for a nerve treatment 45 minutes after my 8:30 appointed time. After completion I was then informed to stay in the room and the "doc" would be in. I was at this time informed that it may be a while because he just came off some vacation time away and he had a lot of emails to read. After 25 more minutes I left. When I got to the reception deck the young lady very cheerfully ask if I was ready to check out. " Why yes I am". After she did what she needed to do she said " you're all good and hope you have a good day". I said thank you and then said "I'm not sure what your screen tells you but the doctor never came showed up". If you could of seen the look on ALL their faces! Maybe that's why this department only has a 3.4 rating. Wish I would of seen this before I confirmed my appt.

It's very nice when your Doctor knows your medical history when he walks in your room. Also had to tell him THANK YOU for sending me to another doctor to get rid of pain in my hips on prior visit. Thank you Dr. Tellez.
