This is First Health Neurology Pinehurst. You were rude, training, slightly insulting, and I never got past the front desk before I lost my temper and walked out. I had to call the doctor that asked me to go to you for tests to send me elsewhere and drove a considerable more distance out of my way for a test that should have been simply done at your office. That's a shame. I waited for you to get a new doctor, for you to get backed up appointments, and that is how you treated me. You need a lot of work.

Dr Tellez is a wonderful physician. I'm so lucky to have him as my physician to care for me and assist me with treatment decisions relating to my multiple sclerosis diagnosis

The front end staff and the doctor were absolutely phenomenal! The nurse however seemed to be having a bad day or just didn't care. She never smiled; introduced herself or anything. Her name badge was even turned around so that I couldn't see her name. Everyone and everything else about the visit was great!

Worse day ever to long of a wait to get 5 minutes from the doctor not happy at all

Dr Tellez is so wonderful and professional and treats you so kindly.

Henry Tellez is a very educated man he allowed me to answer and ask questions. He gave me options and explained what he suspected. He is a great doctor that I trust.

Had to wait 45 min to an hour after my appointment time before I saw anyone. Wasn't told anything until I went & asked. Was told they were having a problem with the current patient so things were running later than expected. I understand those things happen but no one kept me informed until I went to the desk & asked.

I think from the time I've started attending my Dr. he's gotten extremely busy with over booking patients this causes wait time to increase in the patient area.

Always treated well and the nurses and Doctor T knows me and knows my health. Really a good group of people and much care.

Excellent visit.

So we were checked into the room pretty quick. I had no problem with that. But it took a little bit over an hour between the time we got into the room and the time we were seen by the doctor. I'm not sure why it took so long. So anyhow, that's it.
