Havanna was very patient & kind with my care. She actually listened to all my concerns & addressed them to the best of her knowledge. She was very respectful in getting me the help I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better provider. She was really a blessing last night.

when we arrived we were told that there was a 2 hour wait, and just a little over 2 hours we were taken back too the exam room. we saw the nurse in just a couple of minutes, and after the initial exam, and the pa was in shortly. well pleased

The experience wasn't the nurses fault. But wait times should be told up front. A wait time of an hour was presented that was more than okay but then after waiting over an hour and finally being called back to a room, where we then waiting an additional almost 2 hours before a provider ever came in. This is not at all acceptable especially with a small child. If there was a 2 hour wait time say so but please stop putting people in a room to sit for entirely to long expecting then for the patient (toddler) to be happy or cooperative. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had but sadly not the first with this office.

Provider once seen was ok. It was problems before. There was no one in the waiting room. I was one of two people there were two providers working per the nurse and it took me over 40 minutes to be seen and then when I was seen it was somewhat there, but I had to step into the hallway to find out if there was gonna be a provider that would see me because I waited so long and nobody came back to check and the manager himself was just hanging out in his office. It's been that way probably the last three or four times that I've been to that urgent care whereas the manager is just either talking with other staff cutting up or he by himself I had to step out of the waiting room after 40 minutes just to be like anybody coming update anyone? And then when I finally went up and down the hall looking for someone then behind his desk, he said do you need something and I'm like yeah I need to be seen and there were only two of us. One on the other side was getting a physical so it was just unnecessary and really inefficient and I still really like going to FIRSTHEALTH urgent care but it's dropped since this new manager has been there honestly.

The PA, Havanna, was the best. She was so thorough and knew exactly how to explain to me what was going on. She is the best PA that I have ever had!! She is definitely an asset to FirstHealth Convenient Care!!

The lady out front that take the information evidently was having a bad day...she wasn't hearing nothing I was saying...she actually pissed me off!!!

Next time I will call ahead and see how backed up you are.

I was admitted and seen promptly and evaluated in a timely manner and given a good treatment plan and very pleased with my outcome

This provider was really good. She was very attentive and listened and she took everything that we said very seriously. She provided great care. She actually followed up even after the fact that we left this office and I really appreciated that. So I would love to see her again at any time. The Community Care is very lucky to have her as a provider. Thank you.
