My 1st time at this office. Very knowledgeable and courteous Staff. It was a pleasure to visit.

Very pleasant visit. All the nurses, doctors, and staff were wonderful.

Everyone was very friendly and I was seen quickly.

Havanna was an exceptional doctor. I really appreciated all she did. She really cared. She listened and she evaluated and she did very, very well. I was very pleased with everything that she did. Kudos to her.

The nurse discussed my BP very loudly in the hallway so, other could hear clearly.

I appreciate the ladies over at Convenient Care. Havanna was a bomb in a good way. They were awesome. Everybody in there, it seemed like a very down-to-earth place, and they understand women and people in general. And you can just kind of feel it walking through the door. Thank you, guys. I appreciate you.

2 hours wait in waiting room and 30 minutes before saw PA.

It was a pleasant experience, was pleased with staff and provider.

The provider was knowledgeable and helpful with my situation. I will go see her again if I can't see my regular provider.

Havanna Holfert was caring, considerate, knowledge and compassionate. I felt she really cared and she took excellent care of me yesterday. I am very thankful, I highly recommend her.

These folks were absolutely amazing! They were just so good to me while I was there. I was the last patient there for the day and I know they were tired and ready to go home but they didn't rush and were just so compassionate.

I just want to say thank you to all the ladies that helped me out that night that I came in and I was super worried about the situation that was going on with me. I was super emotional, but y'all gave me so much reassurance. I felt like I was safe with y'all. I felt like y'all were family. I felt the love, the genuine love and prayers, kind words, all of that. I want to say thank you all for being kind and reassuring me.
