I love Ernesto . He's the best doctor I've ever had.

I was not informed that someone would not be able to take my labs, knowing this was a fasting bloodwork visit.

Yes, I would like to say that the nurse was very polite, very receptive, and listened to what I had to say. And when my doctor came in, he was very friendly. He listened to what I had to say, and he didn't seem to rush me out. If there was questions that I needed to ask, I would advise or offer my opinion for any of my family members to accept Ernesto Tamez as their doctor. Thank you.

Bit of a long wait in the waiting room, about 20 minutes and about a 10 minute wait to see PA Tamez in the exam room. The entire staff, nurse and PA Tamez were professional and courteous.
