The doctor did a great job, so did the staff. The only problem was the wait time. We waited close to like two and a half hours. But that was it. Doctor and the staff did an amazing job.

PA Schmidt is a very professional, knowledgeable, caring and concerned provider.

From the front office all the way back to the main provider, everyone is so incredibly kind. When my kids or I need help, I know I can rely on this office. When we visit, we have only seen Mr. Eric, but I cross my fingers every time we visit hoping that he is our provider again. I know that he is someone who really cares, is patient and creative, making sure even the smallest patients feel comfortable. That is important, because it's not one time it's every time we visit. Also not to forget the lovely nurse whom helped us, she was thorough, kind and thoughtful in helping me plan out a pharmacy when they were all about to close so we would be set up for success. It takes a village and without this duo we would have faced a really rough weekend. I'm thankful to have this office near by with all of the kind staff it employs.

Thank you for putting me at ease. Even if my lab work sucked, provider was informative.

Great. Best ever all around

I was sick. They treated me with so professionally and with empathy, thank God!!??I wasn't just a patient who walked in. Prayers and empathy is part of the healing process!!????

I want to know what my test results are

The staff n doctor really did a thorough job for each day that I came back to get breathing treatments. They even pulled me into a room to be seen asap when there was a long wait bc they knew how sick I was.

Wait time was shorter than what I expected it to be. Staff was friendly and professional. Doctor was knowledgeable about my son illness and treatment plan.

The doctor was very caring. He was attentive. He made my daughter feel comfortable with her being five. I would highly recommend that provider again.

I was very pleased that the doctor listened to my needs and this is the first provider to actually refer me to get blood work done for my daughter. Thank you for listening to her needs and not just pushing her aside.

Was not informed previously to appt that the test was going to take 1-1.5 hrs long. Also that the MRI was portable and in a trailer, and the machine was small and I closed. Due to this, I was unable to complete test due to feeling claustrophobic.

The nurse was kinda judgemental and made faces to my kids because they were coughing even though they had mask

I feel like there was an extremely long wait time and no one from the front office staff let the patients know that the provider was behind so we were sitting for maybe almost an hour or two. And then the nursing staff was really nice and polite with getting vitals and listening to the concerns and going over med lists. The provider was kind of short and curt, not really listening to concerns. He kind of just was all over the place with it when I addressed my concerns and just kind of looked at my legs, closed it, and just kind of, you know, threw some meds at me and stated he wanted to do labs on me and then that was kind of the gist of it. As far as the turnaround time, he did say maybe a few days or so and I could just check the portal, but nothing like a steady time frame for anything.

The girl at the check-in window was rude and had an attitude. I don't even know how she is still employed at this facility. She spoke loud about why I was being seen and embarrassed me
