I had an appointment but was not seen near an hour after my appointment. Since this is a convenient clinic even if everyone had an appointment why make one. Walk in would've been the same.

The nurse and Practitioner Schmidt listened and executed based on my issues. Schmidt thoroughly went over the results of my xrays to ensure I understood the findings. If I can't get in to see my primary doctor, whom I love, I'll definitely be back. Thank you all for ensuring the highest level of service!!! AND I WILL REFER ALL I KNOW IN THE AREA TO YOU. This was my first visit to this facility, and I very pleased at the service. I was in and out in a timely manner. The staff was very pleasant. Thank you!

The provider, Eric, was very soft-spoken and listened very carefully to me. I have a lot of health issues and he listened to them before he made any kind of a decision about what he was going to do after he took some x-rays. And after he took x-rays, then he explained to me what he would do and he just, he was very comfortable.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the facility is always clean.

I always have a wonderful experience at this first health convenient care. Everyone is friendly, professional and attentive. The provider is excellent. He also saw my children not too long again and he was just as wonderful.

I was very happy I was able to get my prescriptions refilled in a timely manner. The doctor was very nice. That's it.

Yes, the doctor was really nice, but it took too long for him to come into the room to examine you. And I was in excruciating, unbearable pain. So to better prove it, it would be that he come into the room more quicker. And if you need something for pain, to give you something, and then proceed with other patients that he have, but at least check on you to see if you need anything for pain. Because like I said, the pain was unbearable. But otherwise, and stuff, he's a nice doctor, and he's a good doctor.

I came in with a possible kidney infection, three days ago and still haven't received results. I was in severe pain and on a scale 1-10, I stated it was a 9. No pain meds were offered and I didn't realize they don't give them at all. On the answering message for the clinic it said to click 3 for pain management so I did for those days I left two messages. On the third day I showed up to find that option is not for the clinic. Confusing.

Swift and welcoming experience! I was traveling and feeling vulnerable. I walked out feeling heard and cared for.

The possibility of a fracture was told to us because the X/R was not clear. She was given a walking boot for comfort in case it is a fracture. I think he did the best he could w the limitations of the equipment. I would use that facility again. Everyone was pleasant.
