When I arrived, no long wait time. All the staff were professional & very friendly. As the patient myself I needed that. I have already referred the facility. The PA explained everything to me. She was very knowledgeable & friendly.

The ENTIRE staff was great, bedside manners, customer experience was immaculate! They made my fussy bay feel at ease and myself whom was also a patient! From the time of check in and check out it was very pleasant!

The Triage person kept her mask in and was difficult to hear her questions. She seemed very unfamiliar with pronouncing listed medications.
