PA Oxendine provided a good experience, will return when needed.

Work on seeing patients in the rooms in a timely manner ( by provider) mine came in looked at the screen left for 30 minutes and I had to go retrieve help after that.

Very professional, great contact, she found the problem, prescribed accordingly and would definitely go there again.

Everything went well. I'm just waiting on my results to get back. I never got my results from anybody. So I need somebody to call me about that. Call me somebody. Thank you.

When acknowledging a patient to come into the back, I would recommend that you just don't call them by their first name because there could be many of marks in the waiting room. Recommend to use their last name as well. Thank you.

On the weight of one urine test, the "provider" (PA) decided I either needed one of two recommendations, or both. Neither pertained closely to my visit. What a joke. Definitely won't return.

I felt that I was rushed out and not taken seriously. And, the front lobby was in a state of disrepair. This visit was disappointing.

I came in with a foot pain lasting over 1 month and came out with same day relief and a plan to see a podiatrist.

Provider announce child is positive to strep throat and antibiotics will be sent to pharmacy and that was all.

It was clear accurate and everyone very professional and caring wasn't wasted time visit was a great.

Two hour wait all else was fine considerig what it is

Yes, the experience was great as far as checking in, the receptionist, the doctor was lovely. However, the nurses that called me to the back, she just told me to pee in the cup. I got done. She didn't tell me what room to go to. I had to walk around and ask three different people because she just left me there. And I just, that's the only thing that I just feel like you guys could do better is that I, you know, when you get a urine sample, you know, at least tell them like, hey, when you're done, go to room four instead of just walking around. But other than that, everything's great.
