Greater than 60 minutes wait for lab draw was difficult

My experience at First Health went very well. The front desk receptionist was very professional when I was checking in for my appointment. The Dr.'s assistant was kind and professional with checking my vitals and asking me questions to maximize the benefits of my appointment. Dr. Riddley is great at her position as a Dr. with First Health. She listens to my concerns and provides a transparent overview of my test results and provides positive suggestions for me to maintain and improve my health condition.

My provider told me they were starting a new way to do the labs. When you check out to make your next appointment, they will write your name down and then you sit in the lobby to be called. I have always had a wonderful experience with the lab technician and this lab after my appointment. I waited one hour and 25 minutes to have my labs drawn, I don't mind waiting, but I really think that this is excessive to me the new way of doing it is not working. I hope my input will help going forward. Thank you and by the way this phlebotomist is the best I have ever had. She is wonderful.
