My experience was great. I wish I would've known that this urgent care was so close to my home. I will definitely go there again when I'm not going to the actual hospital for my schedule appointments.

When I arrived (the day after Easter) I really expected a crowd would be waiting in the reception area. Happy to say there wasn't one. The staff moved quickly to get me in and out. Mr. Martens asked me a bunch of questions, advised me, ensured my strep test was taken quickly (negative results!) and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Great experience, though I know if there had been a crowd, it still would have gone well. :)

Need better customer service at the front when you check in customer service goes a long way especially in this type of facility

The provider asked myself and my son questions. He allowed my son to give feedback in the appointment. He listened and treated accordingly

I'm pleased with my visit

I checked the wait time online and was expecting about an hr in the waiting room. We maybe sat in the waiting room for 5 mins! Our nurse (which I got her name) was amazing! She even helped carry our bag as I was carrying my sick child and struggling to get it all together. The Dr. quick, to the point, and courteous of my thoughts and feeling around what I was concerned with. This is my first visit here for my child and in the future will def return for the same level of care as necessary. Great team!

It was a good experience. We were seen quickly, the nurse was so friendly and sympathetic to my son. The doctor told us what we needed to do and even gave the ER a heads up that we were on the way

Well, the service wasn't bad. Only reason why everyone wasn't seen on time because the ambulance came. Other than that, the service is always good and things are done in a timely manner. But it wasn't bad at all. It was just that I got seen late. It was there for three hours due to the ambulance.

Receptionist need to listen the patient,no need to to be rude she needs to be polite
