even though they could do nothing for the pain, the doctor assured me I had no broken bones. This was a great relief to me. It is hard to believe how such a terrible pain can come from such a simple fall

I feel that the care team is somewhat rude front desk staff was good the nurse and provider I always feel like do not have good bedside manner at all ! It is very "convenient " to come here instead of the primary care sometimes but I try to avoid because of the rudeness and not listening to me I wish the care and respect would be better !

The nurse, she was patient, kind, and put up with me. And I enjoyed that. Then the other nurse come in, she come in and helped me. She was kind. And the doctor, he was funny, kind, but he got down to the point of what was wrong with me. And I appreciate that. I told him thank you. And I told him, thank you for helping me out.

Both the Rnnand the PA-C were amazing with great personalities and put me at ease. The front desk personal were also very friendly and accommodating

Everyone was professional and listened to my concerns. It gave me a jumping off point where I should go next.
