Dr. Cory and the staff were extremely professional and accommodating. Despite having a full schedule, they fit me in quickly, assessed my condition, and provided an appropriate treatment plan.

Overall, my care was fine. The nurse did not listen to me and did up giving me a large boot that my foot completely slipped out of and was not tied on my foot and just said this is all we have. My insurance paid for this and I got a boot that I cannot use which is completely crazy to me.

He was very friendly, and he gave me antibiotics which the other two providers that I saw in Whispering Pines/Carthage location would not! I know providers have to be careful about prescribing them, but they also didn't really listen to what I had to say. D - for them, and an A for my recent visit in Southern Pines.

Not a lot he could do to help. It was basically a virus- not even sure why I even chose to go to receive care.

The Urgent Care Dr did not prescribe antibiotics to treat diverticulitis identified in the CT Scan. The result is that I have been in severe pain unnecessarily. The pain has been so severe that I begged to see my PCP ASAP and she was kind enough to get me in. My PCP immediately prescribed antibiotics to address the diverticulitis noting it was critical to relieving my intense pain. The Urgent Care Dr only said take Tylenol for pain which is completely insufficient for addressing diverticulitis pain without any antibiotics. After suffering with the pain, and before I could get in to see my PCP, I followed up with a note to the Urgent Care Dr on why I was not prescribed antibiotics. I did not get a response from the Urgent Care Dr. All in all, this has been an awful experience with intense pain that should have been remedied much sooner.

We were able to get into the last time slot of the evening. The staff was amazing! They were hospitable, professional, efficient, and wonderful to the patient and parent.

I want to express that all.members were incredible and one was OUTSTANDING, Cory Anderson was thorough, polite, and left no stone unturned. He explored every possibility and when he still didnt have a cause he referred me to our local hospital and wrote an amazing referral for the ER staff to start there research. The discovered I had double pneumonia, which no one expected. Cory is, in my opinion a consummate professional and and amazing PA. Please pass on how he is MY EMPLOYEE of the Year, and my "hats off" to him and the staff at First Health. Thank you again for all and possibly saving my life.
