I was in horrible pain with a migraine attack. Everyone was very kind and patient and took care of me quickly so I could get home to rest and recuperate. Thank you all so much!

My second experience with this guy my second bad review. He is rude condescending and argumentative. He gave me nothing but a hard time. I will never visit first health in southern pines again. I am still sick was given no options for meds except ones for Covid and I don't have Covid and they have bad side effects per my husbands first health 7 lakes provider. I wish you would secret shop this guy sweating first thing on 40 degree morning. So pines deserves better!

This environment could be a bit more professional in regard to the nurses. The P.A. wasn't really helpful and my husband and felt that he just kind of blew everything off quickly. I wish him the best, but I really wouldn't want to see him again.

This office literally go free money.

I've always been treated with the greatest respect. Dr. and nurses and receptionist were very professional and treatment was spot on!

This provider was very kind and acknowledged my concerns. He introduced himself by first name only. It would have been nice if he also mentioned his credentials (NP, PA, etc) as well. I did feel like the provider could have asked more questions and done a more thorough exam.

The woman who called me back was not at all helpful or communicative. But the LPN, the PA, and the x-ray folks were great.

Best urgent care ever. So fast and clean!
