Arrived before scheduled time but wasn't seen later

Need some kind of line formation when checking in or the (Manager) should at least open the window and communicate with people.

With medical care giving, trust plays a big part in how you heal if you trust your provider. And I trust the folks there. Each provider is courteous. They have great bedside manners and they take time to talk with you and listen to what you have to say. And I think them listening helps them to diagnose you better. So I'm grateful for their service.

I was seen immediately. I didn't have to wait long. As far as getting back to my room, the provider saw me immediately. I felt like they did everything that they should have done. And I had to go back for another visit. And the same there. I was seen in a timely manner and very appropriate care. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

Had never been to this facility before. Everything worked out great....from the check in desk to the nurse to Christy Erwin. If I need to go back to the Convenient Care again I hope I get Christy!

It was extremely hot in the room and the nurse had a staff member to check but this is something that needs to be seen about.

All of the staff from start to finish were excellent. I felt horrible when I went in and I'm happy to say I'm feeling much better now. Thank you!
