Dr. Richberg is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I've ever had. He always takes the time to truly listen and makes sure my concerns are taken seriously. I never feel rushed during appointments - he always makes time to answer all of my questions and explain things clearly. It's so comforting to have a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Richberg to anyone looking for a thoughtful and attentive physician.

The provider was nice. He didn't gaslight me. I have found that female providers provide poor care compared to male providers.

And Dr. Richberg is always courteous and he is always empathetic. He takes the time also to listen to my needs.

I was pleasantly surprised by this practice.

While waiting, I got extremely sick. The nurses allowed me to come to the back and lay down and took great care of me! I'm super thankful they were there, listened and helped me (even outside of the realm of their job) in my time of need.

Dr.Richberg has a great bedside manner. And always makes me feel comfortable. I feel like he listens well to what I need.

Dr. Richberg, absolutely fabulous. 10 out of 10 provider. Highly recommend. His CNA absolutely acts like she's doing you a favor talking to you. Not a fan. She could take notes from her provider on how to have some bedside manner. Also, I waited over an hour for the appointment with him, which I'm willing to wait because he's wonderful. But I think maybe the ultrasound and the provider appointment need to be separated because There's no point in just waiting for an entire hour if there's no appointment after an ultrasound. So maybe y'all need to look at the spacing and the timing of those, but zero complaints on Richberg. Thank you.

Had a great experience absolutely loved all the providers I saw!

Dr. Richberg is wonderful! I have been only been seeing female OB/GYN's for most of my life, it has just been a preference and a comfortability level. Dr. Richberg made me feel seen and heard, and was so kind. He explained everything so well, and I definitely felt like it was my appointment with him and not an appointment where I was only being talked at. I am absolutely thrilled.

Dr. Richberg was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns and thoughts about my health. The nurse who checked me in and did vitals was thorough but short in her interactions with me. I also waited for 20-25 minutes on labs and had to ask the staff/scheduler if she would check to be sure that I was still in line to be seen.
