An excellent provider and the nurse answered all my questions, was in and out, very thorough. Would definitely recommend, highly recommend the provider. Some issues with the staff admitting me, our walk-in staff, but nothing to not return to the clinic.

This was my first visit to this office. The two women at the desk were prompt and courteous both in checking me in and as I was leaving. The office itself was well maintained. Dr. Richberg had clearly read my medical history in detail before meeting me. He listened as I described my symptoms & history. He then walked me through my options as to next steps in addressing my health issues. He came across as both professional and knowledgeable, patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable as I was very anxious about my health issues. Overall, it was a positive experience and I felt comfortable with both his technical expertise when it came to the procedure I ultimately decided to proceed with as well as with his tone and bedside manner as it relates to his patients.

So glad to have a provider to take his time with me and not rush me out the door without explaining everything the way he did. Definitely thankful I was able to get In to see him with my issue. I will definitely give his name to my friends and family for his care.

Dr. Richberg is a kind, considerate doctor who takes the time to listen to his patients, answer their questions, and makes sure they are included in the overall care plan from start to finish. I cannot imagine going to anyone else after working with him through my hysterectomy and the problems leading up to the surgery. I would like to give a big thank you to him and to the staff for their support and care during this time! Please know just how much difference it has made in my life, I feel like a new person! :)
