Great service on a timely manner!

Grandmother needed to bring my son to the appointment as i was working and im so thankful the nursing staff called me to ensure it was ok for my son to be seen and to verify grandmas name!

Kit is amazing. I love how thorough he is, how he asks all the questions, how he listens and explains. I couldn't ask for a more thorough and caring doctor. This was an urgent care visit, so I don't see Kit regularly, but I would if I could.

Best walk in experience we've ever had.

Excellent service from check in, to the nurse and then the provider. provider listened to my concerns and then explained the causes for my symptoms and his recommendations for my treatment. Very professional all around.

The provider is very knowledgeable about my case. He remembered me. He speaks respectfully and he's very attentive. He gave me really good advice and I would come back to him in a minute.

I really appreciated this doctor because he was totally fine and on board with me having tried to treat at home using more natural methods and didn't make it seem like the holistic or the natural things were less important or never going to work. And so I really appreciated that and that when they didn't work at home, he was happy to use their other methods there to help.

The male nurse or PA was extremely caring and thorough. He spent time with me and came back several times to make sure I was ok before I went home. It was helpful to know you are open every day 8 to 8. Very convenient for Belle Meade.

This is the second time that I've seen this provider at Southern Pines Urgent Care and I have to say that he's one of the most thorough, well thought out and well-educated PAs that I've ever seen and has always taken me very seriously and has gone over the top every time.

I was very impressed, the best care I have received since I've lived here in this community. Excellent. I'm planning on changing my primary care to this location due to my experience. It was top-notch. Thank you.
