We waited three hours when the waiting room wasn't busy. This practice needs more than one doctor.

Provider was thorough and staff courteous

Excellent service and very caring providers. Our wait time was a bit long, but we came during a VERY busy time with many sick patients. The staff was very apologetic and accommodating while we waited. The providers were excellent once we were seen. Despite the wait, we would highly recommend First Health.

Christopher was extremely kind and caring. He explained thoroughly my diagnosis and how it was to be treated. I left feeling I had been well cared for by a knowledgeable, kind and supportive staff.

All staff members were efficient, friendly. The Dr. took time to conduct a through exam, discuss his findings and next steps. I was given athe chance to ask questions and never felt rushed. He also offered a follow up shoud my condition persist.

He was a good listener

I do not.remember the.nurses name but she was wonderful, as well.

A phenomenal experience from everyone! I couldn't be more grateful and thankful for a wonderful experience in an emergency situation! Thank you guys and Thank you P.A Dominguez for your warmth, kindness and excellent bedside manner! You guys are "The Best"!

Other than the long wait, everything was good.

This was my first visit to the Whispering Pines location of the first health clinic, walk-in clinic, and everybody was very courteous and helpful. I didn't have to wait very long, which was nice, because sometimes that's not the case. I did check online beforehand to see what the wait time was, and it said like 40 minutes or less, and when I got there, I checked in, told them my reason for being there, and then a nurse called me in within minutes, and that worked out well. PA, Dominguez, was very helpful and looked at my concern, which was recent floaters in my eye, my right eye, and assured me that my health was not in danger, and there was no need to go to the ER, but I should definitely reach out to my ophthalmologist.
