It was my first time going and signing in was easier than I expected. The receptionist was very helpful and professional.

Everyone was super polite from start to finish. There was a slight delay in waiting for the provider but he was very apologetic and professional about the situation. Mr. Long's guidance for treatment was thorough and well communicated. The women that manage intake were so kind, efficient, and compassionate. Although this location is not the closest for me, I always choose it because of the staff and care they provide.

PA Carl Long was as prompt as possible (the waiting room was packed). He generously came from a different location in order to help out the overwhelmed facility. He was polite, informed, and considerate of my condition and my time. He was knowledgeable about symptoms of infection (UTI) vs my autoimmune condition (interstitial cystitis). He was empathetic to my pain and discomfort. Carl is intelligent, experienced, and kind to the patient: a real professional. He treated me with dignity and courtesy, and I truly appreciate his demeanor and his knowledge.

Smooth check in and out process. Provider gave me his undivided attention. I would've like to have some discharge papers explaining everything that the provider stated for reading later.

It was my first time there, and all staff made it very easy through all the steps. The doctor was kind and easy to speak with about my concerns.
