We always get wonderful care at this facility.

Fast, friendly and professional. Pleasant experience.

I waited 2.5 hours. My temperature was not taken, though it was marked in the chart as taken. I had chills, felt terrible and was not offered any medication to reduce throat soreness which I later found out is available. Our PA listened and did what she could but our cna was less than desirable.

Wait time was very long. All else was great

Provider needs to listen more to what the patient is telling her about his body and slow down and listen completely
