Very impressed by the entire staff. Dr was very caring and helpful.

My experience was great! I had a horrible experience at the Firsthealth Hoke ER, but this convenient care was day and night. I have an extensive PMH due to a tumor that was removed from my brainstem and the staff here listened and treated me with compassion unlike the Firsthealth Hoke ER.

My PA Beth was wonderful. She listened carefully, explained everything as she worked, and was kind and thoughtful. Best urgent care visit ever.

I like the doctor because she was very confident, professional, and she addressed my needs and also made sure that I got my medicine in a timely manner. For that, I am thankful. However, which I think is no control of her own, the wait time was considerably long, and that can have some improvement. Thank you.

I had more than just one complaint when I signed in and unfortunately the opportunity to provide another sample was not available for me. I had urinated before coming to the office. I could have still sat there until I, because I'd already drank water and that way I could have had a urinalysis done to see what was going on. It felt like I had a kidney issue. So unhappy with that because still having some concerns about that. Now I'd have to pay another $25 co-pay.

The doctor on call was very, very amazing. She was by herself. There wasn't that much of a wait when she came in. She personalized the conversation with the patient. She was amazing. And I definitely would recommend anyone coming to this health center. Thank you for helping me. I'm still waiting on my prescription though, but that's not the doctor's fault. That's the Walgreens. So still having some problems with my breathing, but she did give me a recovery pack. So I'm very happy with all that was provided for me. Thank you.
