My father and I had a good experience. The PA was knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, kind and professional. Definitely a clinic I would recommend!

I went in with pain and sob, and a cough. she did a chest X-ray, the xray was clear, however, she did nothing to treat the symptoms I'm experiencing.

The services provided were excellent, done with warmth and care. I really appreciate even the check-in staff. They were good. They made sure my insurance was straight. If there was an issue, they fixed it. But I didn't even know that I had, and I was grateful for that, as well as when I got into the room and called to the back, the nurse who took me into the room, very pleasant, very, very pleasant. Although I was in a lot of pain, she understood and she basically comforted me, and it felt good. the physician, oh my God, yes, well knowledgeable, had even checked my other medications to make sure that I was able to take the prescribed medicine. So all in all, I give it a 10, a 10 above 10 of all with everything. Excellent service, I will recommend it to all of my friends. Thank you.

We had a great experience considering we were in a drs office.

It's always been a very pleasant and very knowledgeable office. Even though you can't understand my voice right now, I need to do a return visit myself. But I do appreciate the time and the care of the facility and the physicians that are involved. Thank you very much.

Everything went well. Everyone was very nice and kind and listened. But I was very disappointed that I could not get tests done that needed to get done and get a referral, how to get it referred to a dermatologist, which I'm still waiting for a dermatologist to call me back. And I've reached out to my primary doctor also.

Yes, I would like to give my input on the First Health Convenient Care. I think Ms. Beth is a familiar friend, too. She's a short, brown-skinned lady with a real pretty accent. And I just want to give her kudos. I went in with the situation. She took her time. It made me feel uncomfortable about it. You know, it's just made me wish I had came to the doctor sooner. I even trying to inquire, inquire if she had her own pregnancy. I would, I definitely try to make her my primary care. So in such a place like that, it's a convenient, urgent care and there's so much going on. As I was in the waiting room, I saw people, you know, coming in, going out, there was taking care of me. Thank you.
