Benjamin Marengo, D.O. joined the FirstHealth Cardiology team in September 2023. He specializes in all areas of non-invasive cardiology. Dr. Marengo earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University. He went on to earn a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

He completed his post-graduate training with an internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Dr. Marengo has always enjoyed science, teaching and helping people, so a career in medicine was a natural choice to blend all of those passions. Dr. Marengo and his wife moved to the area from Michigan. Their love for the outdoors and golfing made moving to the area particularly exciting as they enjoy the milder winters the area has to offer.

So the clinic seemed very well run. The doctor seemed extremely busy trying to get out there, so it was hard to have a quick conversation and cover all of the questions. I understand sometimes that there are busy times or someone calls out sick, but it felt rushed, but not negative, just busy.
