I was very unhappy with my experience with this provider to the point where I asked my primary care doctor to refer me to another physicians group. I felt she was rude and condescending and did not listen to me.

Dr. Grimm was very friendly and seems to really care about the well-being of her patients. Very professional and knowledgeable in her field! Would definitely recommend to others!

I appreciate being able to obtain new equipment on site and before I left the office. That is excellent service especially for patients commuting to be seen. Thanks

Autumn Grimm is a very pleasant person to meet with and talk with. She does speak rapidly, but I think she gets right to the point. And she also listens to you. There are a couple things I kind of questioned, and she pretty much gave me the answers to everything. I think she's doing a superb job, and she's a very good member of the health system for Moore County. That's all.

The wait time for upcoming testing and other appointments is not acceptable. We actually had to schedule her appointment for a test almost over five months out, which I think that needs to be looked at. We were able to secure another testing location the month and a half sooner, but maybe adding providers or another location, I'm not sure, but that may would help.

It appears as in most healthcare facilities, they want you there fifteen minutes before your appointment, yet you are still waiting in the lobby 10-15 minutes past your appointment time. There was only one person checking patients in/out plus answering the phone providing information to patients. It took me over 8 minutes to get checked in. When receptionist got off the phone, and I was there prior, I was told, let me check her out first, even though I was there first. It seems to me more help is needed at the desk.

Autumn Grimm FPA is an outstanding medical professional. She is extremely thorough and caring. My most recent visit with her was one of the best experiences with any recent medical provider. Can't say enough positive things about Autumn!!
