It appears as in most healthcare facilities, they want you there fifteen minutes before your appointment, yet you are still waiting in the lobby 10-15 minutes past your appointment time. There was only one person checking patients in/out plus answering the phone providing information to patients. It took me over 8 minutes to get checked in. When receptionist got off the phone, and I was there prior, I was told, let me check her out first, even though I was there first. It seems to me more help is needed at the desk.

Autumn Grimm FPA is an outstanding medical professional. She is extremely thorough and caring. My most recent visit with her was one of the best experiences with any recent medical provider. Can't say enough positive things about Autumn!!

The lady that does the maskes did not try it on to see if it fits, didn't show me how to hook it up only told me what to do in that's not working for me

Autumn is very knowledgeable, pointing out the possible medication choices for me. I appreciated her input on that. She is very thorough in her exam and asking questions I am happy that I have seen her each time and I'd recommend her to anyone.
