I was good besides the long wait but I didn't have an appointment it was urgent care

This new building is very nice. The big mistake was to close the other site on beechtree. By the time I got to go at 4:00 this group had already seen 65 people. When we left at 6:20 the waiting room was overflowing. I know the staff probably worked way past the 7:30 closing. Stupid move first health to close the other site. Great staff and doc at new place.

Every staff member was kind, caring, and professional.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. The doctor was attentive and carefully listened to me talk about my problem. He asked pertinent questions regarding my visit and past prescriptions regarding pain and inflamation treatment. He didn't rush, was thorough, had a great attitude, and seemed to genuinely care about my healing. I wish he were my primary care physician.

Every staff member in the office was friendly and courteous.

Excellent first class and considerate are! Came in with severe chest pain and all staff and PA were quick to begin care, called EMS and I was off to the ER in a very short time. I am deeply indebted to their professional care and compassion.
