So glad I found this urgent care!! The staff here is wonderful! They don't forget the patient either, no matter how long it's been. Love going there Dr's are though and patient. Staff is amazing!

Very bad Will not. Ever go back.

I wish he had done a physical exam with me, not just taking urine, because the urine culture came back negative, but I'm still experiencing.

I still don't know what's wrong with me. I'm kind of wondering why they didn't take blood to do more testing. I don't really know what to do next, so I am just hoping it goes away as suddenly as it came.

Waited in the exam far too long for an urgent care center (over an hour). While every other aspect of my visit was pleasant, the wait was ridiculous.

The Dr. was especially helpful, kind & concerned about my test results.

My experience was very professional and caring.

Once I was seen, PA was very nice. But, the wait, and the lack of contact during the wait, was unacceptable. I came into an empty waiting room. When I asked the length of time before I'd see someone, I thought it would be about 1/2 hour. It was more like an hour and a half, while I was left in an exam room with the door closed. When I finally asked, I was told there was 1 practitioner to see patients and there were a number of people waiting.

I love this place the staff is Awesome!

Too long of a wait. 90 minutes with less than 10 minutes of direct interaction with medical personnel. Rooms were cold and noise from next door gym abrasive. Preferred the previous location near Food Lion. I found the care from staff supportive and caring. Environment and long wait were disappointing
