I can truly rate my experience with First Health a 10+. The Customer Service Rep that signed me in was superb with a customer friendly attitude that reflects she is in the right place (that initial contact person) that reflects well concerning First Health's staff. The nurse who took my vitals and asking key questions for my visit was also professional and friendly with my health assessment. Dr. Antonio N. was great. Active listener, knowledgable about my condition and provided sound advice as to my next steps to recovery. Overall...First Health has a winning team serving a community that needs them when health issues arise. Thank you very-very much.

The PA was nice as he could be treated us with respect liked him very much

I was treated very well from check in to check out. Dr. Antonio did not make me feel rushed and answered all my questions.

The provider at an Urgent Care Clinic does not have total health histories for pts seen in this setting. This provider listened carefully to my summary of current illness, MD contacts via message system and care received. He listened attentively ( & heard) my health history resulting from his questions to me. His demeanor was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his exam, attentive to his findings and appropriate in care given toward the goal of patient recovery. This provider's thorough care, time focusing on this visit and my current illness, along with his review of recent testing results in the system was very much appreciated by my husband and myself and assisted him in a plan of care. The time spent to provide the care needed was utilized well, not rushed or hurried; no wasted time and left us with the comfortable feeling of being professionally cared for and treated. My sincere appreciation to Mr. Antonio Narvaes, PA for his care and attention.His care, manner, and knowledge are traits which make a good caregiver. Thank you Tony for your care.

This location used to be excellent. Now due to poor staffing and the companies greed, it has become horrible and is closing. This is a blow to the community. Instead of choosing to serve an under served population the company has chosen bottom lines over people. I hope every excellent staff member gets a much deserved better position at a different company that values them and their patients.

My husband and I are in town for him to race, I had an allergic reaction to something and called them from another urgent care because I was putting what was closest to my location. They would not see me because they closed in 45 minutes and would not take another patient. I called First Health and they said to keep coming and they closed at 7:30. They waited for my arrival I hated to show up at the last minute. They were so kind and compassionate, I was beyond grateful to your staff. They were amazing!!

He was messaging someone and laughing while in the room. It came off as if he was laughing at me and what I was there for. It was very disrespectful and rude. I hope if I ever have to come back he's not there.

My issue was a little more than that clinic couldn't set up the handle so he recommended that I come to the First Health Emergency Room which I have done

Check in, Nurse, Doctor, and Check out/Billing were all great. This was a great experience for someone coming in with a problem and leaving with a solution and no problems with Check in and Checkout.
