Very pleased with my visit

I waited nearly 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. I would like the waiting time to be shorter, thank you.

Great experience but no one ever called with culture results. I had to call twice and it took 2 1/2 days to get results. Great provider and team but I felt like the results weren't a priority.

I fell and didn't know if my ankle was sprained or fractured and since it happened on the weekend, I went to first Health. My ankle was ex-rayed and I got my results before I left. So thank you to all the staff. Although having a sprained ankle is painful, at least I found out right away it isn't broken

I made an appointment online for 1pm. It took over two hours past the appointment time before I was finally seen. There was only one provider and one paramedic providing care. If the clinic is going to allow appointments, those should be promptly kept. If it can't be or you are short providers it should be walk in only with patients advised of the wait. Several people got up and left after waiting a long time. I almost did too. Once I was called back I did receive appropriate care. The PA did explain everything. I had no problem with the care itself. I had a huge problem with waiting so long. Because I was seen so late, CVS did not have my Rx until the following day. I had previously been to the beachtree drive location before it was shut down. I had no appointment and was seen in less time. I don't know why first health shut it down. Please work on hiring more providers.

This was the best urgent care experience I ever had. Walked in and walked out in 49 minutes.

The front desk employees are very rude. Not sure if they are nurses. They don't need to be.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were incredible listeners, reassuring, and personable. In a short time, my issue was resolved, and prescription sent to pharmacy. What really blew my socks off was the professional, detailed letter sent to my primary physician who is in Chapel Hill, associated with UNC Internal Medicine, within a few hours of my visit. Thanks to all.

Urgent care was interested in helping but advised his oozing leg wounds were beyond their scope and suggested going to emergency room which we did

All Good but took over an hour to be seen and when I was. I still had to wait on test results that are typically back within minutes. Both nurse and doctor asked if I'd given a sample yet. It felt my sample was forgotten about.

The clinic is very convenient and waits are short

The service was delayed because you were slammed, but there was nothing the providers could do about it. My experience was good despite having to wait. Thank you.
