Yes, I only saw the PA. I didn't see the actual surgeon. So I can't really say, you know, about Dr. Walker. I didn't really care for the PA. The only thing she, wanted to say was that, you know, all you guys could do was just, you know, keep me on pain medicine the rest of my life. I don't want that. You know, I've been on pain medication for quite some time. I want to be off of pain medication. You know, I want, you know, the back surgery that, you know, all my other doctors have said that, you know, I needed. I know it's not going to cure all my pain, but it's going to, you know, should drop it down to about 75%. So I only have 25% of pain, which I'll take it. So I make sure to see.

Anna was great! She listened to my concerns. She went over my old scans with me while my previous surgeon did not. She explained next steps and set expectations going forward. She made me feel seen and heard.

Waited 45 minutes in room before I got seen by the Doctor. Asked if they were behind. Thanks bbrower

Anna Traywick was patient and listened but I don't think she didn't appreciated the urgency of my situation. And as it was the end of the day the staff was eager to leave and some did little to hide their annoyance The following day I called the nurse after speaking with my insurer who suggested the office ask for a peer to peer to review due to the urgency The nurse was very irritated and asked me to let them drive the approval and not involve myself. I have not seen the Dr and don't want a problem with the staff when I ultimately get help. All in all I felt they treated me like another old woman who was an inconvenience

I was impressed with the X-rays and how she explained what was happening to my spine.

She did a great job explaining the X-rays that were on the screen. She answered our questions about it.
