I would just like to say everyone treated me nice and they answered all of my questions. Everything that I was concerned about was answered and everything was good. Thank you.

Anna Traywick was patient and listened but I don't think she didn't appreciated the urgency of my situation. And as it was the end of the day the staff was eager to leave and some did little to hide their annoyance The following day I called the nurse after speaking with my insurer who suggested the office ask for a peer to peer to review due to the urgency The nurse was very irritated and asked me to let them drive the approval and not involve myself. I have not seen the Dr and don't want a problem with the staff when I ultimately get help. All in all I felt they treated me like another old woman who was an inconvenience

I was impressed with the X-rays and how she explained what was happening to my spine.

She did a great job explaining the X-rays that were on the screen. She answered our questions about it.

She answered fully without hesitation and gave the information I requested. I would definitely recommend her and have no reservations in seeing her again.
