It was my first visit and it was a very good experience. Provided me with very good service and explained the plan going forward in a clear, concise manner. I was very satisfied.

I didn't like injections were presented right up front when my condition had not been established. By the end back surgery mentioned too in which is a last resort

The staff here are the greatest. They are so caring and kind. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Was not told prior to my visit that they haven't hired a new x-ray tech and was not given the opportunity to get x-rays prior to visit which made at least 1 return trip necessary!

Yes, I only saw the PA. I didn't see the actual surgeon. So I can't really say, you know, about Dr. Walker. I didn't really care for the PA. The only thing she, wanted to say was that, you know, all you guys could do was just, you know, keep me on pain medicine the rest of my life. I don't want that. You know, I've been on pain medication for quite some time. I want to be off of pain medication. You know, I want, you know, the back surgery that, you know, all my other doctors have said that, you know, I needed. I know it's not going to cure all my pain, but it's going to, you know, should drop it down to about 75%. So I only have 25% of pain, which I'll take it. So I make sure to see.

Anna was great! She listened to my concerns. She went over my old scans with me while my previous surgeon did not. She explained next steps and set expectations going forward. She made me feel seen and heard.

Waited 45 minutes in room before I got seen by the Doctor. Asked if they were behind. Thanks bbrower
